Vendor Registration & Agreement

Please complete the entire form to complete your registration. If you wish to mail your registration fee, please send check/money order to:

This registration form along with the booth fee must be received no later than July 1st. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Your space is only confirmed once your application is approved and payment is received in full. If not accepted, any fees paid will be fully refunded.

We accept Credit/Debit card or Paypal on the website or you can email us at [email protected] to find a time to drop off cash/check to a member of our team.

Vendor Agreement – Rigby Hot Classic Nights

By participating in Rigby Hot Classic Nights, I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the City of Rigby, Jefferson County, and the State of Idaho. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

Here’s what I agree to:

  • No possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances in the park.
  • No fighting, violence, or disruptive behavior.
  • I will respect my fellow vendors and not interfere with their sales.
  • I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable due to bad weather.
  • I understand that if I choose not to attend the show for any reason, I forfeit my right to a refund.
  • Any exceptions to these rules must be approved by event organizers.

I acknowledge these guidelines and understand they help make Hot Classic Nights a great experience for everyone!

All proceeds will be given to the Rigby Senior Citizens' Meals on Wheels program. You are welcome to donate.
